Dr. Sarah is a dedicated psychologist who takes great joy in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Sarah’s clinical training at the McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School and UC San Diego’s Eating Disorders Center for Treatment and Research allows her to offer a comprehensive approach to mental health treatment. She specializes in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), eating disorders, anxiety, and related challenges. Using proven modalities like Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation, Dr. Sarah equips children, teens, and adults with the tools they need to overcome their struggles and thrive.
She is also skilled in the Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems (MATCH-ADTC), making her particularly adept at addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
