Taylor Philips is a licensed clinical therapist who provides evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults. She specializes in working with youth and families navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, and complex behavioral and emotional challenges.

Taylor’s clinical background spans pediatric and medical settings, including NICU, maternal-child health, and emergency care, where she supported children and families in high-acuity environments. She later transitioned to intensive outpatient care, deepening her work with adolescents and families in crisis.

Taylor has specialized experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She offers neurodiversity-affirming therapy with particular expertise in supporting individuals with ASD and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profiles. Her approach emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and respect for each client’s nervous system, autonomy, and unique way of engaging with the world.

In addition to her work with children and teens, Taylor provides therapy for adults and parent coaching to support the whole family in building effective, attuned strategies—especially within neurodiverse family systems.

Her approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and individualized. Taylor has training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to support meaningful, sustainable change.

Whether you are seeking therapy for anxiety, behavioral challenges, life transitions, or support related to autism, PDA profiles, or neurodiversity, Taylor provides thoughtful, evidence-based care to help clients move toward their goals.
