Taylor’s approach focuses on strengthening individual and family resilience and fostering positive outcomes through trauma-informed care, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and personalized treatment plans. She is well-versed in several therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and has training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
